Dr. James Mack, originally from Philadelphia area, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School in 1975 and joined private practice in the Philadelphia area. In 1978 he moved to Ticonderoga when he married his wife Noel. Recognizing the need, he began his own veterinary practice, the Ticonderoga Animal Hospital.
Noel Mack is also a Philadelphia native, relocating to this area in 1977, initially she worked in a local hospital as a Medical Technologist. Once the animal hospital was founded, she joined her husband as office manager, animal handler and technician. In addition to the animal's placed in their care at the hospital, the Macks have four pit bulls and two cats. Noel's hobbies are animals, gardening and knitting. Presently she works as the hospital's office manager, overseeing daily operations.
Molly Baker, our licensed veterinary technician, has been at TAH since 2009. Molly graduated from Whitehall High School in 2005. After high school she went on to Florida Atlantic University and received an Associate degree. She then attended SUNY Delhi, graduating Cum Laude in May 2009 with her degree in Veterinary Technology. She passed her board exam in August to become a Licensed Vet tech. In 2013 she completed her Bachelors of Business in Veterinary Management. Molly currently lives in Fort Ann with her husband Matt, their daughter Arya, and their two dogs and three cats
Jordan Millington is our full time animal handler. He lives in Ticonderoga, where he was born and raised! He began working at TAH during his sophomore year as an after school job. He graduated in 2013 and has been working full time since. He enjoys concerts in his spare time.
Kathleen Heath, our receptionist, has been at TAH since 2106. She has lived in Schroon Lake with her husband for 6 years and grew up in North Creek. She has a 10 month old son, a 13 year old stepson, and a 4 and 1/2 year old Shepard mix, Nico. They all love spending time outdoors; hiking, fishing, camping and kayaking.
Jilllene Ortiz, our receptionist, has been at TAH since 2016. She grew up in Ticonderoga. She has also lived in Phoenix, AZ. She relocated back to Ticonderoga to raise her kids. She has a love for music, traveling, camping, and animals.
